Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase, after this period of time cancellations are not accepted. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.To be eligible for a return and or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We do not offer refunds only exchanges subject to approval. We will notify you once the item(s) have been received for exchange and inspected. We will contact you if further information is needed. If approved, you will have to cover the shipping cost for the new item.
